I'm not sure but I wouldn't think they would be as deep now as they are in the summer. I would try 12 to 15 fow close to where they spawned.

definitely don't go too far from the spawning grounds yet, I would have to start out just like Scott said, around that 10 mark
well went out for bout and hour, caught one decent crappie and it was kinda fat, so Im thinkin may have had eggs, came out of 14 15 feet and some real small ones about the same depth. been have back trouble so didnt get to stay out to longbut I did test out my CMC PT35 and I must say I sure do like it
