Default Believe it or not, I'm still breathing!

Ok, Ok, Ok, I admit I have been absent for a loooonnnnggggg time, but I have a valid excuse! I moved to Virginia a little under a year ago and have since gone through some training and am now with a new command (an aircraft squadron in Norfolk), so go easy on me! Just to let you all know, I'm doing well and so is the family. I live in a great neighborhood with other sportsmen, unfortunately its all saltwater fishing. I'm trying to learn that game, but would really like to wet a line on one of my crappie rigs some time! I tell everyone far too often about all the hundreds of 3-4lb crappie I used to catch in MS (they never need to know the truth!) and they are all impressed.

I just wanted to drop in and give a shout out to all my old buddies around here and hope everyone is well. I know ol' Tim is in a bit of a spot now health wise, so keep him in your thoughts.

Best wishes to crappieman101, Pstone, Wannabe, DonDon, Jimfish, Rip-a-lip, torch, J White, luvjign, Yikes, Speckhunter and everyone else that was so kind to me. A special "howdy" to billbob; I'll never forget that weekend in your camper! :D

By the way, I don't think you were cursed. Here's the abridged version of what's happened as of late!

Torch let his Terrova premature launch while running across the lake, it broke off six bolts and went to the bottom of the lake! Good news though, Minn Kota is gonna replace it for him.

ES got a boat, had it for almost a year before he put it in the water. Not really a year but more than a month. He premature launched on his maiden voyage and the boat hit the ramp many feet short of the water. OUCH!!! Boat still in shop!

G, didn't latch the hitch on his boat and let it get away. It rolled down the hill, adding a new entrance to his shed.

Dondon, he's just a gewber, and he has used about a hundred rolls of duct tape on his boat since ya been gone.

Wannabe finished third at this years Crappie Masters at Grenada. But, he got checked at the ramp and guess what...four month expired fishing license. OUCH!!

As for me, the usual! I don't do nuttin gewbery like these guys.

All this and you werent here! I think it's them that's cursed!!!
