Where is that Blue? 301, or has it come over the emergency spillway?

301 and prat rd. Tried to go over to three and go thru the city of arkabutla but roads are flooded and bunch of houses got 1-3 feet of water in them I don't thank it's coming over the overflow just the cold water river is flooding.

Gotta love the fact that it is raining more now.. Dont see how it wont be going over Emergency Spillway soon

I was told by the folks at Outfitter's that it already is. When I bought my minnows from them yesterday they said the road that goes to the levee was closed because water was running over the road that crosses the emergency runout ditch. Now I didn't personally see the water going over the road but a couple of locals that were there confirmed what he said.

They lied it is not going over I am looking at it right now the cold water river is up and pushing the run off up over the road.
