Here's a question for all you guru's on a onboard charger, should there be a wire to the pos and neg on each battery from the charger? Looks like we're gonna have bad weather friday and stout winds Saturday. Then Sunday we have a 21st BDay party for our daughter so I may not be able to fish this weekend and I'll get the 3rd battery in place plus want to get the 3 bank charger I already have to working right
I'd chime in, but y'all too much 4 me. Answer to: should there be a wire to the pos and neg on each battery from the charger? According to my destructions, yes...
I thank you so much guys. You've been of great help in me getting things hooked up correctly. With thie 3rd battery, I have to have the 3 bank charger running right. I have the portable one and it takes 4 or 5 hours to fully charge a batter if I wore it down alot. That's 12-15 hours for all 3, just to much time
I already have one Chad, it's way back up under the center console, back behind the batteries and I'll have to take out the batteries and then unscrew it from the deck to pull it out and look at it. i'll see if I can get a clear pic of it tonight with my cell phone camera. Just not sure how good the pic will come out. I'm, curious as to what model it is. All I can see when looking at it is it's a XPS brand and looks like a 3 bank
So, can you put a charger on both batteries that are parallel when they are still tied together?
