Have some buddys on that wall, and have absolutely no idea why God left my name off. Still stay in touch with wifes and kids of my fallen brothers to this day. In reflection, it makes you want to make today the best day it can be, and when you keep His image in mind, it's really pretty easy.
My Dad used to say the same thing about WWII.... he kept in contact with all his buddies (or the wife/family of the fallen soldiers :( ) He had no idea why he made it through and they didn't.
Thought goes thru my mind several time a day. Still remember the faces, agony, and then the immediate loss. Deester and I are helpin put one of the grandkids of a buddy thru school. That helps me stay in touch and makes me feel like I'm still in their lives. Can't wait to see 'em all again. Guess I'd better quit tell lies bout WB, or I'll never get to make that happen.............
