we're fishing Enid on the 4th or 25th, period. The lake master has spoken.
Put your vote down on what day you want it and we'll let the votes take care of what date. End of discussion
+1 from Weigh Master!
Sorta agree with 'em. Hate to see the TOW thing detract from the FJs....plus, just had a call from TOW poohbah and it looks like I'm gonna have to scale back the TOW support to some degree or another. Times are tight and they're looking to reduce costs everywhere. My initial thought was to use the TOW to guaranty a minimum payback and use some of the entry fees to reduce TOW's costs....also, got a little more lead time so I'm hoping to pick up a sponsor or two this year that can either kick in $ or product for prizes. Dunno, but the TOW payback is certainly in flux at the moment.
Wannabe...
enjoyed fishing the tow last , hope we do it again.
Agiain, I ask this question- Why do we have to fish Enid? I don't want to hear this mess about the lake master has spoken. I want a bonafided reason.
The reason the FJ's were first started is to give everyone a chance to get together with friends and fish different lakes for fun and friendly competition. It started with the 4 Northern Mississippi COE lakes. The different lakes were chosen to give everyone a chance to experience different water and different techniques. Enid was one of the original 4. After the first year, more lakes were added to accomdate those who lived further south.
Exactly Speck and I like the way it's been going. I've had alot of fun fishing those YANKEE LAKES lol Enid is a great lake and I can't wait to get on it in a couple months.
