But when we had H'bird it wasn't a lot better but that was 5+ years ago so obviously they've improved things! :)
I'm having trouble with my 998/788 set up since I loaded the updates too. There will be HB rep at Duncan's this Thu, Fir, & Sat. I plan to go & see if they can help.
The new upgrades won't work together. You will have to downgrade your 998 to make them work. The best service I have found was with Garmin.
Never really had any problems with the Garmins I had so I am not sure about their service. The upgrade thing kinda sucks though. Looks liek I am fixing to be in the same boat.Quote:
