So it just sits on the floor {not bolted} That should work pretty good.
Yea I don't have a big boat so I need all the room I can get and this way I can put it in my rod locker when I am fishing.

Not at all that was the whole reason I posted it It's easy cheap and works real good
If it sits unrestrained, on the floor of the boat, then it becomes a brace, it could still bounce upwards, not like a restraint.Quote:

Dang, all this time I thought OleBlue was a regular old procrastinating jake leg of the DD vein. Heck, he just got the Terrova day before yesterday. Now....granted he did accessorize with PVC, which is straight out of the jake leg bible, but managed to overcome his duct tape inner self by painting it. So...you have to give him his props for that.
Gotta admire a man with priorities too. There he sits with a truck that's liable to need a new engine, transmission and frame replacement plus spark plugs and he's working on his boat, truck be darned. That's prioritizing, I don't care who ya are.
