I sure hope this rain brings it up some and they don't let it all go.

Have they got the gates closed so they can start catching water?

one gate open .25 which is a trickle.

Only for repair...they always have a little running through them. .25 is a very small amount

I think I heard once that they keep it very slightly open so there is some litttle bit of flow. I guess it helps keep it from gettin stagnet, or somethin like that.
