to buy some Bobby Garland plastic, cant buy much at BP since this is only a 25.00 certificate, so I dont have any of his plastic and thought I would try some. I have many tubes and curly tails, so I dont need any more of them. So what yall suggest ??

    Wink Maachuu ....

I'd give serious consideration to these : Bobby Garland Baby Shad simply because there's been alot of buzz about them, on the forums.

I've used Panfish Assassin Tiny Shad for close to 10yrs, and the Southern Pro Shad Stingers for almost half as long. The Assassins are 1.5" .... Stingers & BG Baby Shad are 2".

My primary use for these baits, is to dock shoot with ... because they tend to skip better than a hollow tube. Plus they stay on the jighead better (which is also why I've switched from hollow tubes to solid body tubes ) I have used them for casting, and they make a good body for a 1/16oz Roadrunner head.

I haven't had a chance to try the BG plastics, but I do have some that I recently bought ... and I'll be giving them a trial run on my upcoming trips. Thumbs Up

Though the BPS site does not show it, there are more color choices. Here's a more complete chart, taken from the Gene Larew website : http://www.genelarew.com/images/2010...had_Colors.jpg
Now, that may not help with your BPS purchase Doh ... but, if you get to liking them, then you'll have another place to look, as well as seeing the full line up.

Baby Shad looks pretty good. Hard to bypass the Slay Slayrs and Minnow Minders though. If the Baby Shad's strike you, take a look at the Lake Fork Live Baby Shad. Seems the design would give a little more tail wiggle.

Obviously the answer here is all of 'em. You do know BPS takes payment forms other than gift cards right?

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.

If you are long lining or casting road runners then the Stroll'Rs are the ticket! If single pole'n or dock shoot'n then the Baby Shad.... Also the new scent wigglers are really good too... Just go ahead and bring ya credit card and stock up!
