I saw a few guys on Sardis fishing 2 up front on boats like mine I have a triton 176 sport. I know at least one has to be a member here and if so do you have any pics? Really don't look like there is room but I have seen a few set up that way. Also how do you guys fish 10 poles the only holders I have seen you can buy hold 4.

A lot of people make their own. Some of the small boat shops my carry some local made 5 pole holders.

Nope, its 5 poles per person on 'butla, Sardis and Enid. 3 poles each on Grenada.

oleblue i didnt think there would be room on my tracker tx17 but i did it anyway and it turned out to me very roomy and stable best move i made.

Get your fishing partner that goes with you most of time to get in the boat with you and measure that way. That's been my experience anyways. It really depends on how wide the boat is where you're wanting the pedestals.

It depends on the size of the seats....but you want them just far enough apart that you can turn the seats all the way around without them hitting each other. take your two seats that you have and lay them on the floor of the boat side by side up front and you can figure it out. Next time I go out to the boat shed I will measure mine for ya.

I was at Sardis yesterday and I have a Triton TC17. Set up for crappie fisherman. Can seat 2 up front, I have to 4 pole driftmasters up front. I have thought about adding another holder just not sure there is enough room on the bar to add one. I can send you some pics if you want to see how mines set up.
