hey Don, where did ya get those rib racks. I have a big smoker but I can only do two or three full slabs. If I had some of those racks, I could easily double the amount of meat I could smoke.

I think I got them off the Big Green Egg website. Do you have a place that sells Big Green Eggs up your way? They'll have all the grilling racks at the store that sells them

I have a set that will hold 6 slabs and I think I got them at BPS. They work great.
