They are $26.99 at Northwoods Outlet. Plus shipping of course. I guess that's the same model.

The 20DX is by far the better reel.

I have 4 of the 15DX reels. What is the difference in those and the 20DX?

The only difference between a 15DX and a 20DX is the spool on the 20DX is a little bit wider. Some folks think the wider spool helps keep the line from occasionally geting caught and hung between the spool and the side plate. Myself, I can't tell any difference in it. Everytime my line has ever done that it has been my fault for letting the line free spool to fast and then over running the spool. I have 8 of the 15DX and my partner has 6 and we like them.......personally I like them best because the spool is narrower. Different strokes for different folks. Its all good, lol.

why do yall use the line counter reels? Hope this is not a dumb ? Is it because you can let out the same amount of line each time? Those would come in handy pulling crankbaits in the summer.(which is what yall use them for the most?) This time of year, most folks are slow trolling, correct? So I guess that lets you set the jig at the same depth each time. ( or differant dephts to see where the fish is at)
    thanks,
    Hump.

Yep....you answered your own question, lol. Most folks just use them for pulling crankbaits because you have to know how far out you are to know exactly what depth you are running the crankbait. Then some folks use them for spider rigging or slow verticle trolling.....with the line counter it again makes it easy to set the depth.
