Due to everyone gonna fish in the welfare hole and the weigh in at Cock of the Walk. We're gonna change the weigh in time to 3:00. 2:00 is still stop fishing time. Pass it along guys

Weigh in dead line has always been 1 hr later than quit fishing. But you can start weighin in at 2 if you are there unlike MCC which has to wait till the pres decides to start!

Actually Satdoc the president has no say in when the weigh-in starts on tournament day. All tournament day activities are handled by the tournament director. The reason for the hour gap from stop fishing time was to give everyone the same chance to fish until stop fishing time. In the past the weigh master in particular had to quit early to have his scales set up for the weigh-in. Also the hour break will benefit fishermen at lakes like Grenada where they may put in at a ramp on the other end of the lake. This is the first year we have tried this and like anything new there are kinks to work out. I agree the ONLY tournament you fished the wait to start the weigh-in was long but at the same time this was the first tournament of the year. It seemed most members enjoyed the break because it gave them a chance to visit with other members. Weigh-in will start early if all weigh tickets are handed in but if we have a team that hasn't turned in a ticket we will wait until 3 to start.
