    Default Good Sumariton.

I carried ClayMc from the Louisiana board feshin yesterday. Does this make me a good Sumariton? I don't think so.

He had never feshed on the waterway. Does this make me a good Sumariton? I don't think so.

He was up here visitin his maw-in-law with his wife and kids. Does this make me a good Sumariton? I think so.

The ol boy was almost in tears of joy when I met em at the Minner store and when the feshin was all done and he had to return to his maw-in-law's he teared up again.

We had a good time even though we didn't ketch many fesh. Only had a couple of setbacks like the wind howling, me feelin like crap and the gear cable breakin. Yup I said gear cable. But, instead of gettin towed in, I made the first mate sit on the back deck and put er in gear fer me. This werked purty good til I jammed it in reverse and bound it up. But ol ClayMc, being the trooper he is, sacrificed the hide on his knuckles tryin to free it up.
I finally got back there and took the linkage off and pulled the broken cable out and that freed it up.

***Tip of the Day- Ifn yo throttle cable breaks, go ahead and replace both. My throttle cable broke back durin the summer. ****

Oh yea, ClayMc is a good feller. I would recommend feshin with him ifn you get a chance. He don't eat much, he don't talk too much and he caught more fesh than WB does. Only draw back is he dranks V8's fer the nutritional value. That poses a problem. See me and Feelay could level the front of the boat, where as ol ClayMc didn't have enuff Buffays in em.

This is all we caught. But like I said, it wasn't bout the numbers today, it was bout ClayMc gettin out from under the wrath of the maw-in-law.

You did a good deed for the LA boy. Who knows, you might be in Jackson one day and want to go fishing. Merry Christmas.
