Default Lunch wif Wb: What an adventure.

Sent ol Wb a text and axed him if he was gonna eat lunch today. He texted back, "Have you bumped yo head? The querstion is what time you gonna be in town?"
I says 11:17, where you wanna eat?
He says Gonnabe is goin to be with him. So I say Is gonnabe the skinny one or the skinnier one? He says he's the skinny one. I say let him pick. Ok, meet us at Spankys.
Well he's late as usual but only a couple of minutes. So we go inside and I hear him tell Gonnabe "Watch this son and pay close attention. "
So I let them order first, hopin he would say put it all on one tab, I got it. Well when they finished, they both back away from the counter and let me order and let me offer to pay fer it all. Wb nudges Gonnabe and acts like he's goin fer his wallet as I pay. I think I heard Gonnabe say " Hehehe, it werked again daddy!" as they both snickered and walked away.
Anyway I paid and told Gonnabe merry Christmas. He is a very polite kid and he said" Thanks Mr Minner, you the best" as he snickered and went and sat down.

Jus beware, the tradition has been passed on.

That ain't the half of it. I distracted Minner and Gonnabe made like he was going tot he bathroom and slipped out the back and out to Minner's truck. Got us a nice set of jumper cables, 3/4 quart of 10W30 oil and a set of Craftman's sockets with only the 3/4" socket missing. That'll teach him to leave his tool box unlocked. No worries though. Triton's coming up next week and I'm sure he'll have a 3/4" socket in his set.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.

WB's right. That ain't the half of it. He got Gonnabe to act like he was sick. He even had IS call to make out like they was all worries bout the boy. But I wasn't fallin fer that trick. He thought I would offer to carry the boy to the Dr, so he could go fesh the spillway this addernoon. Well I seent how the kid gobbled up that BBQ sammich and knew what he was doin. That boy wasn't sick, jus hongry. He gobbled it down so fast it made him sick. I hope the little feller feels better.

As fer the 3/4 socket, it was in my back seat with 3 of your Toyota centercaps. My boy is wantin a Tacoma and I fount one, but it's missin 3 center caps.
