Got it back from the ASC, but the guy didn't drill the set screw for the bottom of the control head. Gonna try and do that at lunch then I should be good to go.

Your concern for my shaft is touching. A little ghey, but touching none the less.

He must have had a shaft issue himself at one point or another since he has such empathy!

Sorta...I had to get it over there to West Point, but they covered the shaft (man DD is really missing out on this one) and paid for shipping back. The "idestructible" thing is just marketing.....sorta like the Titantic was unsinkable. They break, but they are very stout.

I got ya... Glad they got you back going.... You must have hit something pretty dang hard. Those fiberglass boats do have more weigh behind them when you hit something than my aluminum.

2,000 pounds moving at 2.4mph GPS intersecting a hardwood stump at 90 degrees on the nose ain't no match for graphite no matter what Mr. MinnKota says.

Just an FYI, this episode was all DD's fault. I was moving out from some timber when DD sent me a text. Took my eye off the water and wham. That DD is flat out dangerous.
