    Default Boat lights

I got to get this fixed this afternoon. When I out the boat in at the tourney my running lights weren't working and they were the last time I had to use them. Is there a fuse box on boats? What battery are most lights hooked to. TM or Cranking? Also got to get the running lights on my trailer fixed as well dadgummit.

some boats do have boxes, not sure if yours does or not, if it does it should be around the console area. power supply for this should come from the cranking battery.

What Triton said........look up under your console for a fuse panel.

yeh right Triton. I got to get them fixed and take a look at my trailer lights this evening. Then rig up my poles for tomorrow. Think my trailer running lights MAY be a ground issue since all my other lights are working fine

Well, went home at lunch and took the control panel out of the center console. Can't see any loose wires there so it has to be at the crank battery. My panel has all the switches on it. Aerator, running lights, bilge pump and such. NONE of them work and all the wires are solidly connected. Maybe when I took the cranking battery out to put water in it a couple weeks back, I didn't get a sire on the post tight enough. Got a good start in the 30 minutes I had but I'll finish up after work. Just hate there's only an hour of daylight left when I get home

Check all the connections on your cranking battery....make sure that they are clean and tight. Also take a look around as its possible when you took the battery out that when you put it back in a wire could have fell down somewhere or something and did not get reconnected.
