Great Pics Mr. Jim! When my boys were in grade school, as soon as it turned warm, they would hit the ponds behind our house. I'd come home from work every day and fillet a 5 gallon bucket full of bream, green carp and catfish. After a week of this, I took the boys down to the shop and gave them each a fillet knife then showed them how to fillet their own catch. It was fun at first but they quickly got into catch and release soon after that.
