Nothing going on really. Had about 4 hours worth of work to do. Trust me, I'd rather be working. Anyone need any property surveyed? How about a flood certificate for your property? I can handle that. Anyone getting old and need their estate surveyed and subdivided so the kids are taken care of?I can beat about anyone's prices right now. LOL

I wouldn't loan anyone any money until I knoe the property didn't have any problems. Alot of property has gaps or overlaps the adjoining parcel of land and people just don;t know it. I do ALOT of boundary line agreements

We do surveys, title opinions and title insurance here. Customer usually orders the survey though. Once ya get into full blown appraisals, it goes into the blind ordering process managed by a group at the home office.
