    Cool Week long project


    Wife and i decided to recarpet my old boat. It took 6 days 10-12 hrs a day.32ft of carpet 1 1/2 gal glue 60+ 3/16 by 1/2 pop rivets. It was a learnig experience and not something i want to try again.Before and after pic.

    Just wondering where you bought your carpet? Lools like a heck of a job you did. Now go get some butla slime on it and break it in.

    Looks dang good Mr. Jim. 'Course, you'd have to whip me with a 12' BnM BGJP until you wore it down to the 3rd eye to get me to carpet a boat though.

    I forgot to mention i lost 15 lbs. mostly sweat and blood,got a heap of nicks cut and bruses. Whole job cost under $250 in material.
