Yea, I was going to just build mine too, but after pricing all the pieces it was going to cost about the same. So I just ordered the kit and put it together, lot faster with no problems. ;)Quote:

Check with a company in Pearl, MS called Rebel Butcher Supply. They sell poly cutting board and it is the cheapest place I know of. They also sell sausage mixes and things like that for deer camp.
half my kitchen came from rebel, they pretty good folks
