Default What jig pole and reel to buy???

I want to get a jig pole and reel for single pole jigging around stumps in the Rez. Yall got any good recommendations for a beginner? Not looking for the most expensive just a good value that works.

Can a trolling rod with okuma reel double as a jig pole?

Default I've got several B & M's and just picked up

a couple of the The Original Buck's Graphite Jig Pole - Redesigned models. I like 'em so far. Light weight and got some backbone. I've got 8 B & M jig poles and use them for my spider rigging as well with 6 being 10 footers and 2 at 12 foot

Grizzly Jig had some of the old style jig poles in 10', 11', and 12' for 25 bucks each. Add what ever reel you have laying around, preferably something small if you're gonna be hand fishing, and you'll be set.
