Gonna be quiet around the house for a while. I am actually thinking about going to the river after work and just riding and looking.

Wait till you're turkey huntin/fishin with your married son and he 'casually' informs you that "his boys can swim". OR, better - wait till some young man you been 'keepin an eye on' asks if he can talk to you about something very important, then asks for permission to ask your daughter to be his bride. Both mind blowers - but no better feelin in the world.

Son 42, daughter 39, and four grand kids sinced those two events in my life occurred. It just don't get no better than that, guys.

CN, I feel yo pain with a step-son 8 years younger than you. My wife (Deester) and my son graduated high school together, and my daughter played on a travelling soft ball team with her for two years.

My son was my best man and my daughtrer was Dee's brides maid. We confused a whole bunch of folks with all that, and continue to do so presently.

DD and Sat, if you're workin at the math, Deester is 22 years younger than me, --but don't worry, so far she's holdin up real good.
