Shoot me a PM with your phone number. I know a guy that works out of his garage over off Malone Rd. near Goodman Rd.. I use him for everything on my boats and he is very honest and one heck of a mechanic.. My bill from him is usually less than half of what a dealership would charge.

Dodgeman, I believe it is carburetor issues but not certain. Cranks and runs for 10 seconds and then shuts off. Its been sitting at a boat store for too many days waiting in line and I am at the point that I think I am just going to pick it up. Slimy, sent you a PM...

Fox, has motor been sitting up? Does it shut off like you turn the ignition off or does it shut down like running out of gas?

Of what I gather its a switchbox or a fuel pump.

If it's sputtering out, might just be a tiny leak on the fuel line or the bulb.

If I'm right, you owe me $20. If I'm wrong, well, you ought to have known better than to take motor advice from somebody called Wannabe.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.
