    Glad you liked it. What type of buffalo sauce you use makes all the difference. All around crowd pleaser - Mild. But I like to step the heat up just a little.

    I used Texas Pete Buffalo Wing Sauce.

    What about plates, forks, spoons, I will have plenty of blue paper towels!

    torch....look at the list....I am bringing plates, spoons, forks, napkins cups, and white paper towels, Lol.

    Ok...we need fish and fish cooking equipment, french fries, slaw, hush puppys, tater salad, etc., etc. If you are bringing anything to grill, you need to bring a small grill as well to cook it on. Here is whats being brought so far. I will update this list as I hear from you.

    G3 and Hook One----bringing a cooler full of soft drinks, napkins, paper towels, cups, paper plates, spoons, forks, knives, etc. door prizes

    Major---- 2 gal. peanut oil

    Speck---- fish fryer and Andy's seasoning, and some fish

    Mo Money----- slaw, tater salad, fish, corn meal and creole seasoni

    ScottV----Southern Star Fish Fry Seasoning, and some fish, also some door prizes

    Slabo----cooker, skillet, picante sauce, folding table, 8# bag of fries

    Big Blue---big grill, charcol, chairs, and 'Hors doeuvres'

    Empty Stringer----french fries, cokes, diet, sprite

    Don Don---- cooker, hush puppies

    TUSHHOG------ spicy boiled corn, taters and onions

    Yikess---- tea, ice and some kind of desert

    torch---- fish cooker and fish

    satdoc----fish, door prizes, couple loaves of bread, small grill and charcol

    beagle man----1 gal. peanut oil

    duckhunter----1 gallon of peanut oil, annd some fish breading mix

    SUPERTECHMRI----1 gallon of peanut oil ,and some sweet onions

    jimfish----- a dessert and some homemade sweet pickles and salsa and some other stuff.

    Kittygitter-------marinated deer meat, hot sauce

    OldRook------a couple bags of fish

    EmptyStringer------chips and dip

    Default Trying something different this time

    Never used fresh Jalapeno's in the hushpuppies but I gots a bumper crop on the plants right now. I chopped up about 12-15 last night and put them in a ziplock bag form Saturday. We'll see how that turns out. LOL We got everything ready, just got to pack and drive off tomorrow
