Did that at Tunica---discovered that if you swing that weight behind you and it slaps you in the back of the head, it makes your knees weak.

OK...just wondered...I use 1 oz. and I think Mr. Jim uses 2 ounce. You must have some current where your fishing.

If you try to push them at 2mph 1 or 2 ounces aint gonna keep them strait down but will help. You can push them alot slower at the same depth tho.

i'm gonna try it this afternoon with a 2 oz weight. Question, I troll a dual jig setup on each pole, anybody think around 1 mph with 5 oz i could do a dual crank per pole rig? need somethin to improve my odds

I think you would be better off with just one crankbait. I place my weight 30 inches above my crankbait. I got that measurement from ol three pounder Mr. Jim. :)
