Do you have the plumbing hooked up or is that faucet for show only?

Don't at the moment, but I'm going to hook it up and add a spray wand too. Then plumb the drain down and away to empty in the low spot behind the shed but away from the cabinet. I was measuring it up Sunday and told Is I was worried that if I drained it there, the stink could be a problem. She pointed out that with as few as you clean, it prolly won't be a problem. Man, I love that woman.

She's a KEEPER for sure, Wb... Too cool about the cleaning "station". The guys are already jealous of your looks and hair. Now this... :D

We have a couple of those sink "tops" that we/HE uses for cleaning fish. One's in the basement and one's in the shed. Both with running water. Got a spare just incase we should need it.

We live in the sticks so he just puts the carcasses in a bucket and throws them out at the edge of the backyard. The 'possums are waiting for the door to slam and are too eager to dispose of all that's left for them.

Looks good Wb! Run that drain to your low spot, then dig a hole down 5 or 6 feet and fill with pea gravel half way with dirt on top. This is a french drain and will work good.
