awwwwwwwwwww now that's just being mean considering our Author Wannabe was overly generous and gave us two chapters today, Creek! Shame on you.

Sure did Creek, but I had to do a little modification. I took a 2 x 8 and ran it from gunnel to gunnel and pop riveted it to my deck cap, then drilled holes for the pedestal and toe nailed 'em to the board. Looks funky, but very functional. All I gotta do now is trim the excess hanging outside the rub rail. Was gonna leave it for that oh so cool airplane look, but it's a real pain to back into the boat shed like that.
