WB in your infinite wisdom, Is there a way to make a crank bait run left or right. I am having a bright idea.

Yes, yes there is. And thank you for recognizing my limitless knowledge. These gewbers around here could learn a thing or too from you.

If you take the eye hook and bend it left, it will run to the left, right for right. The catch is, Bandits are incredibly hard to retune for true running. Keep that in mind before you play with the best one you've got. Also, a little bend goes a long, long way. it just takes a 1 to 3 degree bend to make it go way out there. Most will roll if pulled fast that have been bent out like that though.

best way to do it is with a set of split ring pliers in the split ring and ever so slightly move to the direction you want

There is a tool made specifically for tuning baits, but you can do it with needle nose pliers too. The tool just makes it a bit more accurate.
