    Default Boat headed to shop

Getting a plate welded on the transom to mount my kicker motor to. Do you think an 4.5 hp engine will push too fast?

    Doubt it. We want pichers!

You can either plop a bigger or smaller prop on it to change the speed. 'Course, if it's too fast, just whoop on it with a hammer and bend one ear over. Should cut the speed by at least 1/2.

It should work just fine I have a 15hp on mine and it will run slow enough.

Guess you'd have to center it or else you'd be spinnin' in circles.
