Its been in the OFF Topic on the main board or page for a week now....the moderator there deleted it yesterday as he decided it was racist. I don't think it is...it is true and thats a shame but thats about all you can say about it.

Nope, sadly Sat, and Kitten, and t-man that's not all. It was just announced Friday, that low income households now qualify for FREE cell phones paid for by you and I on our monthly cell bills under the Universal Access Fee. Now, ain't that nice of us.
