I lost maybe 2-3, not enough to worry about.
I lost about 5 with the Happy troller on the Nitro. It would go 57 and then only 52 afterwards but it's still worth it. After you've chunked out 5 buckets a dozen or so times to get down to just under 2 MPH, you get tired of it REAL QUICK. I will give ole Feelay this though, he figured out the full of water dumping thing though, He drilled a bunch of holes it them. LOL
Here's the thing. Technically, you should see zero performance difference with and without the plate. That's what they will tell you. However, that assumes you've maxed out the HP on your hull and you've got it set up well enough that the cavitation plate surfaces at WOT. Assuming this is the case, you will see no mph difference. In the real world, you will get some drag and it will drop your max speed. The amount will depend on the set up.

When you mount it Maj , Just be sure to mount it straight and not with a offset. It will make the boat pull to one side.
