Default Ross Barnett Crank pulling update

Me and me best friend went yesterday bout 6ish til dark and they are starting to hit cranks now. Wish we'd have stayed in that one spot bout 100 yards long where we caught the only Crappie we got but we went the whole length of the dam just to see what was up. Picked up 4 nice 12-13 inch fish though in less than 2 hours and really the fish we caught, we picked up in 10 minutes. Also got a nice 4 lb flathead catfish which I think was the first time I've EVER caught one of them jokers. MAN when they want to go to the bottom and just sit, they do. LOL Course as my luck goes, I always have something go wrong. How smart do you have to be to not use your 12 foot trolling pole to raise a 4 lb green carp into the boat? We had a bite on one of the poles and it turned out to be about a 4 lb bass and I was reaching for the dip net when it got close and my friend decided to just SWING the fish in the boat using my trolling rod. SNAP went the pole AAHHHHH Do they sell just the tip sections cheap for them? Least we did have fun and caught a few fish. The setup I had was working just like I wanted it to though. 3 rods out each side, 16, 12 and 8 footer so I had 4 foot of separation, perfect combo for me

You can get tip sections for all B&M poles, if you have Wally's...out of luck!

Maybe they have the pank tip version too. That way you can get a selection of tips to match your cup.

    Couldn't hurt.
