Default Can't stand a THEIF, I was robbed

Guess it was a matter of time before someone did it but I had all my stuff rigged up Tuesday night for a nice afternoon of fishing yesterday. Got off work, hooked the boat up and didn't even notice it til I was reaching for poles to get to fishing. Someone stole 2 of my 12 foot B & M trollers, a 10 foot B & M bucks lightweight and my 9 foot, 4 wt, flyrod out of the boat. I HATE a theif and IF I ever do find out who did it, I'm going to rip off their personal parts, shove them down their throat and sew their lips together. Creek, needless to say, I can't trade with ya this weekend. I'll BUY the 8 footers from ya if you want to do that but no biggie on that. Just really PO'd right now cause with this trade with Creek, I had everything just like I wanted it FINALLY. Had 8 good spider rigging poles and 6 good cranking poles. AAAHHHHHH

    Default Ah Man

Man that stinks. Hate it for you.
I went fishing on the Mississippi River one time and they stole my boat and truck with everything from the parking lot of a hotel. Bad Bad feeling but even worse when it was at your house I am sure.

I was planning to empty my boat in the hotel room anyway but this type of crap motivates me not to get lazy and just throw a cover it.

Default Make sure you take your stuff into the room

May be a pain on the butt but worth it. Nahhh Bigger, it'll be good to go. Just start taking all my stuff out of the boat every time I go fishing from now on.

I'm sorry that happened DonDon . I had my outboad and some other items stolen almost 2 years ago. Not a day goes by that I'm not looking for it. About 10 years ago, I had a boat stolen and met it coming down the road in the back of a pickup truck a year later. I turned around and finally tracked them down at a grocery store and called the police. When they came outside, I walked up to them and asked if they'd mind waiting just a couple of minutes. They asked why and I told them that was my boat in the back of their truck and the police were on their way. Don't give up hope on finding your stuff and I'm with you. I hate a thief.
