I may buy it and set a nice trailer park up on it. Ought to be able to put 15 or so single wides with luxury screened in lean to on the sides. Perfect place. Great evenin view and could jug fesh and never have to pick up the jugs. They several people that would be interested that work for local construction crews. Reckon I'd need a septic system there or could it just dump out toward the east side of the peninsula?

    Default That would work

100% bordered by Corps of Engineers so. Minner all you have to do is go ahead and pipe out the raw sewage (it's public land anyway) and then about 60 days later go up to Corps office and tell them to print you a permit. Of course they will want to come look at your handy work ahead of time.

I beloved the sewage would be be the least of the problems. All the seen jugs floatin around and the smell of goat burritos would prolly be the kickers.

Just make my 1/1113th acre in the north corner. But be sure to write in an easment from me where the red line is. Feel free to make is straighter than I drew it though. Hey, maybe we could get DD to give us a discount on the surveying.

    Default Oil Discovery rig

Wannabe you might want to pick another spot. That spot you have marked is right where that seismic oil discovery vehicle was parked yesterday and the grass is all mashed down.

Good point. Put me down for the South end. Besides, I don't want to have to idle that far out every time I want to go fishing.
