Blue, if my suggestion in the 1st pic thread doesn't work try making the hole that the connector plugs into smaller by wrapping a very short piece of electric tape around the plug. Use additional tape to keep tightening it up until snug. Let my know if this helps, DonDon might want to try this too.

Hey Bigblue take a couple of close up pictures of that connector unplugged. This is likely assembled incorrectly.
Well, I had rigged up a rubber hose and bracket to put the transducer in to see if interference is my problem. Humminbird sent a new ducer that is made for the trolling motor. I will get it mounted and try this one out.
570 humminbird bracket. The hollow design is flawed. Fill the mounting bracket with epoxy before mounting. I think in the future the mounting brackets will be reinforced, lots of complaints on the new brackets.
