    I ran across this today and at first I died out laughing but then it hit me that this guy is actually representing voters in congress. Democratic congressman Hank Johnson, representing the 4th district of Georgia had this to say about increased military presence in Guam...

    i was born and raised in GA. i love it here but only in certain areas (atlanta is not 1 of them).
