Default Well, the garden IS planted

It's 12' x 45' and I got my peppers, Maters and my Squash in the ground Friday evening. I tilled in twice over a foot deep, then added a layer of garden soil in a bag that was fairly sandy called Jungle grow. It said on the bag that it would feed the plants for 4 months. I mainly added it because I have alot of clay that needed some sand in it. Once I coated the garden with about an average of 1 inch of that stuff, I put some 28-0-4 fertalizer on it, then tilled in the top 10 inches of soil 2 more times. I wanted a good coat of all the fertalizer and new soil in it. I HOPE it does well this year, only time will tell though. Looks good right now and I had that good rain on it Saturday morning so it OUGHT to take off. FYI The last pic in the Herb garden

Looks good, now. If you can find a cotton gin close to you get some of the cotton trash and spread it around...It has everything you need. You can also buy bags of topsoil with some sand in it..they are cheap. Bags of manure are cheap too.

Anyone that knows their _ _ _ _ should have known that, Wannabe... I figured Sat would have known that _ _ _ _ needs to age before it's put on the garden!
