Cowboy....according to the official ruling...you can bring your cane pole and whether or not you tape a reel on it or not is optional. :D
Ok...But what if I didn't want use a pole or rod, and hold the line in my hand, and jig the line up and down with my hand like the engines us to do....ummmm
