That sounds like right around the address of the place he used to manage. I'm betting its his now and is likely a pretty similar menu (mostly seafood). I ate there twice while I lived in Memphis and I can testify that Rip knows how to run a restaraunt! That was some of the best grub I've ever eaten! I know I'll plan to stop in when I pass through in a few months.

By the way, for those of you that don't know Gewbwes is actually a word of french origin. It seems that back in the day, Billbob had a thang for creole ladies. Well as it turns out, he jilted the wrong fanm and she put a Cajun swamp spelling curse on him. That's why he can't spell today.......She put a Non-Spell on him. Bwahahahaha.
By the way, the correct creole spelling of Gewber is not Gewbwes, it's Gewbraux.
