Default Anyone else heard anything about a new limit on Ross Barnett?

Some of us were talking about it yesterday. Someone said they had a friend that got a ticket for being 5 over the limit with 30 fish. They said the limit on Ross Barnett had changed to 25. I haven't heard a word about this and think it's BS personally

DonDon I heard of a similar incident this weekend at Grizzly but it was because there were two fisherman fishing and the boat owner didn't have a divider in his livewell so they couldn't prove who's fish were who's so the boat owner was given the ticket for being over the limit.

    Default Limits

The new fishing regs. that are going into effect in March (they remove the largemouth slot limit on Sardis and Enid, and a few other minor changes) do not show any change to the 30 fish limit for Ross Barnett. You can read the entire thing by going to the MDWFP Home Page and clicking on Fisheries. The new proposed reg. is on the top right.

DD, I've seen you fish. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

That's the second or third time I've heard something like this lately. A divider in the livewell still doesn't prove who's are who's. Only way they could prove the owner was over the limit is ifn WB was in the boat. Seein as how everyone know he can't catch no feesh.:D

Those dividers are not fool proof...fish can jump over them push their way under them too. I asked my gamewarden friend about this and he said that it did not really matter who caught the fish ...in other words if there are two people fishing in the boat you just cannot go over two limits.

What's the deal G-3, you shoot all Newbie's an email and give 'em discounts to Grizzly Jigs if they beat up on me within their first 10 posts?

Whelp, my Moma always said I'd be world famous someday. I just didn't know this is what she had in mind.
