With all due respect and in the interest of accuracy; it is low rent compared to Germantown, and it aint in Bartlett. I own a home in Bartlett. It is a bit outside of Bartlett. I think the area is unincorporated. There are residential areas nearby. There are a couple of neighborhoods between Macon and Shelby Farms and there are some huge apartment complexes off of Macon east of BPS. And it is a Wendy's, not McDonalds. There is also a Tops BBQ next to the Wendy's.Quote:
