HB 797 Fair Price

What do you guys think would be a fair price for a used but great condition HB 797?

$500 assuming it's in good shape. Keep in mind that it's outdated and will not be able to accept the down image update. I've seen them going for much higher, but I wouldn't spend more than that for one. I'd go higher on the 798, but honestly, unless you get a minimum of a 997, it's really not worth the premium due to the small screen.

Thanks. That is what I was thinking. I am going to list it for $450.00 but it will be a couple of weeks.

Oh, well, why didn't you say you were selling it. In that case, not a penny less than $800. LOL.

Truth be told, $450 is a great deal given the market. I've seen them listed for $700 that sold recently. I'm sure when the word gets out a bit more on the update and the fact that the down imaging update will not include the 797, the price will go down some used, but as of today, you really could get $600 without much trouble and maybe some more if you're so inclined.

Still, $500 is the "right" price in my mind.

Yep the 798 will take the down viewing upgrade.
