    Avocado and eggs. Spray a small shallow baking dish with Pam. Add one peeled and chopped avocado, 2 eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste. Sprinkle with chopped black olives, tiny tomatoes, prosciutto ham, onion. Preheat oven to 425 and bake for 12 minutes, remove and add shredded Italian cheese blend, place back in oven about 4 more minutes. Enjoy. Name:  ImageUploadedByTapatalk1393781149.014718.jpg

    Default Spice rubs for different kinds and cooking techniques

    BBQ Basic Rub
    ½ cup paprika
    ¼ cup kosier salt
    1/8 cup garlic powder
    2 tablespoons black pepper

    1 tablespoons white pepper
    2 tablespoons Cumin
    1 ½ tablespoons chili powder
    1/8 cup onion powder
    2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

    1 tablespoon mustard powder1 tablespoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon dried thyme

    1/8 cup brown sugar
    This works for both Beef and Pork but for any pork, I coat all meats with Olive Oil before the run goes on then after I put this rub on I also rub the entire outside with more brown sugar

    Poultry rub
    1 Tablespoon Kosier salt
    1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
    1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic
    1 tablespoon white sugar
    1 Tablespoon Paprika
    2 teaspoon Onion powder
    ½ teaspoon dried thyme
    ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
    ½ teaspoon cumin


    Pork rub
    1 Tablespoon Kosier salt
    1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
    1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic
    1 Tablespoon Paprika
    1 tablespoon white sugar
    2 teaspoon Onion powder
    2 teaspoons mustard powder
    ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
    ½ teaspoon cumin
    ½ teaspoon Chili powder

    Beef rub
    1 Tablespoon Kosier salt
    1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
    1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic
