In our town Shreveport and Bossier City they let evacuees at the Colliseam and five of them didn't even go in they went to car lots and stole five cars. The Car dealers at the Toyota place just make copy of your DL and don't ride with people who are shopping for cars any more they let them go by thair selves. I addition to having gates closed at dealership they have cars parked at gates to help block them.
