Anyone On This Forum A Retired Umwa Employee

my mom gets a pension from where my dad was union and kept up on all his union dues and still is rather big in the UMW/UMWA they are dIvorced and he received his regular check this month but where my mom and dad are divorced she gets her part separate from his but a day later she received a second check a day later and we are unable to find out why so it state it was a 1 time thing but still does anyone happen to know why this would have happened to begin with any ideas would help thanks SSF/MIKE

I am not a UMWA but a retired USWA, it could be a 1 time negotiated contract settlement offer or a 1 time payment for upcoming increases in benefits! call a locol UMWA office they should know
