You can bet that certain folks are being watched. I am most likely one of them, which is why I have reigned in myself to a point. But, calling folks names like idiot, stupid, or retard is not very smart. Everyone on this board has their formed opinions of other members and nothing that either side says is going to make a difference. Any person that cannot look seriously at a truly objective view has not the ability to be able to reason out anything. They have formed their own opinion and that's that.

One of the worst things is the "tatteltale". Those who constantly whine to the Mods because someone has said something they don't agree with. The Mods are very capable of reading the posts and making the call from there. This board doesn't need a communistic style "tell on your neighbor". Those type of folks would be the first I would ban. I'd also have a look at who was creating the most problems within the board and act on that.

One has to remember that we all have a real life to maintain as well. And fortunately, this site is for fellowship, sharing, and learning. It's not a staple we all have to have, but makes for a great time killer.
