Fence questions

[skunked again]

We have a wood privacy fence. The wood has been painted, still not holding up. Multiple dog eared boards already need replaced. Thinking about plastic panels. Current privacy fence has been up for approximately 6 years.

My questions:
1. How would the plastic panels hold up in a wind prone area?
2. How would you mount them, using the existing poles? See pics for how I installed the fence. I purposely used metal poles so they wouldn’t rot/warp/twist.
3. Widths of plastic panels? Heights? Easy to cut down? The spacing is not 8’, I intentionally reduced the spacing. Due to sagging on a privacy fence at our last house(8’ widths), and now being in a windy area, wanted more support.
