I did not know. Although I knew it was some type of sharpener. I do like antiques
Looks like a McCormick sickle blade sharpener for farm implements. (I didn’t know this but I did find it on line)

If there are any collectors of such things a vendor at the I75 Flea market (Chattanooga area). I know nothing of value or asking price. I do appreciate everyone's help in identifying it. :highfive
All I know is I need one to sharpen some of my bigger hooks. Looks like it'll do the job.
